Soto Lezkairu is the trendy neighborhood of Pamplona where we are going to consolidate our coliving model. do you know it? We invite you to be part of the new real estate trend.
We continue with our expansion plan, this time in Pamplona, in the fashionable neighborhood of Soto Lezkairu, with a coliving project that will respond to the need for flexible and quality accommodation in the capital of Navarra.
Soto Lezkairu is located south-east of Pamplona. It is a young neighborhood with an urban development project that began in 2006 and was completed in 2021. It borders the second urban expansion, to the south with the town of Mutilva, and to the west with the neighborhood of La Milagrosa, where the campus of the Public University of Navarra is located. Its orderly urban layout imitates the square blocks of the Ensanche and has high quality buildings that pay special attention to energy efficiency.
The construction of our energy-efficient, contemporary coliving is in perfect harmony with the philosophy, present and future of this emerging area of Pamplona. The 170 apartments with large windows and terrace will be located in front of the “Club de Tenís”, a well-known meeting, leisure and sports place in the capital. The minimalist design of clean lines, offers a solid and fresh image with architectural and interior design details that bring comfort and beauty to the complex, such as the careful exterior and interior lighting that can be seen in the image.
Construction will begin in 2023 and will follow the usual line of energy efficiency of our hotel complexes with the incorporation of photovoltaic panels, geothermal and aerothermal among other operational features with which it is estimated an energy saving of around 600,000 kWh per year following the trail and success of KORA Green City in Vitoria-Gasteiz. In addition, this coliving will have rooms for community use with high added value, such as a rooftop with swimming pool, coworking area, meeting rooms and “txoko” with kitchen for events. Everything a short, medium or long stay guest could wish for.
KORA Pamplona, is the name of this new project whose construction will begin next year and with which we hope to mark a before and after in the capital of Navarra, which joins the European and national trend of coliving accommodations.“We understand that cities that want to attract talent need coliving to provide a dynamic and quality response to mobility, and the current housing stock does not offer a product that is up to the task. Our commitment is to devise investment formulas that professionalize the real estate market by responding to a pressing housing need,” said Kepa Apraiz, CEO of Kategora Real Estate.
We continue, step by step, to meet our objectives thanks to the trust of our family of investors. We already have projects in different stages of management and execution in Budapest, Valencia, Andorra, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Vitoria-Gasteiz; soon we will lay the first stone in Pamplona and we will add a new high-value real estate proposal for our investors.
