Architecture & Interior Design

V+E Arquitecture & Isabel López Vilalta's studio

V+E Arquitecture is the studio of Eustaquio Martínez and Virgilio Gutiérrez, two architects whose work has given shape to a new Tenerife, where they have carried out most of their work. Isabel López Vilalta's studio is in charge of dressing Tamaragua, giving it a skin to feel comfortable in. The use of organic materials and the intelligent implementation of the most avant-garde design are the guides they propose for this project.

The successful model of all our projects in which,after buying your home, you hand over its integral management to our operator Kora Living to take care of everything and maximise your profitability while you choose when to enjoy it.

6% Fixed Yied
Kategora will manage the complex throughout the year providing 3.5% payable quarterly and, at the end of the year, after auditing the accounts, an additional return of 2.5% is estimated.
Kora Rewards
The greater the investment, the greater the privileges. At least the owners and their direct relatives (first degree of consanguinity) will have a 25% discount in mid/low season and 15% in high season in all the Kategora managed complexes.
