180 apartments and more than 2,000 m2 of interior common areas distributed over two floors, a roof terrace and 450 m2 of outdoor garden area.

The ground floor accommodates operational spaces, such as the hall, reception area and cafeteria as well as spacious indoor and outdoor recreational areas where guests can have fun and disconnect.

First floor is intended to be a working and living space with common areas for shared use, such as conference and study rooms, multimedia room, kitchen and txoko (dining area), etc. This way, guests staying at URA for longer periods of time may enjoy places to interact and build a community.

URA offers both shared and private workspaces as well as leisure and relaxation spaces. URA’s roof terrace is designed to be a relaxing area where you can enjoy the outdoors on the sundeck or in the small pool.

URA has taken into account guests mobility. The underground floor provides car parking for 26 vehicles including 4 for disabled people and motorbikes. This floor also hosts bike storage and box rooms for long term guests.

The laundry which is restricted for guests to use is joined by the dressing room and maintenance room.
